FastQueue Pro by DNA Expert Solution

1. Trial. Every new account gets a 7-day free trial of the cloud version. The first APK device also gets a 7-day trial. A trial is given once per account and per device.
2. Price. After the trial the subscription costs RM29.90 per 30 days. The cloud and APK versions are licensed separately; every APK device needs its own licence.
3. Payment. Payment is made through ToyyibPay (FPX). The subscription activates automatically once payment is confirmed. Early payments are added to the days you have left.
4. Expiry. When a subscription ends, access is blocked until it is renewed. Your data is kept for at least 90 days after the end date.
5. Refunds. Payments are not refundable, except at DNA Expert Solution's discretion for technical problems that prevent use.
6. Fair use. You are responsible for the data you enter and must follow the law, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 for your customers'/visitors' data.
7. Availability. We work to keep the cloud service available but do not guarantee it is free of interruption. Please export important data regularly.
